#LittlePilgrimage 06. The Church Of St.Teresa

so i have this weird idea of doing a mission : go and have mass on each and every catholic church in singapore. it means i’ll go to different churches every week, having a mass there, enjoy the peaceful moment to pray, then go home. this mission i called #LittlePilgrimage Mission.

#LittlePilgrimage 06. The Church Of St.Teresa, 510 Kampong Bahru Road, Singapore 099446

06. The Church of St.Teresa01 - Copy06. The Church of St.Teresa02 - Copy06. The Church of St.Teresa06 copy06. The Church of St.Teresa04 - Copytoday, this little pilgrimage brought me to St.Teresa. i went to english mass 12:30 pm this time. i took 3 buses to got there. first stop in front of my office, second stop at holland village and bought my breakfast there, and the 3rd bus (no.61) from holland v stopped exactly in front of the church.

once i arrived there, i was so stunned how magnifying the building is!! i mean,, i saw the pictures of this church on google before i went there, and yes it was beautiful. but it was much more beautiful and magnifying when i saw it with my own eyes! 😀

it’s white and beautiful and soooo huge!

once i stepped on the porch, i’m having another stunning moment by looking at the interior. and Jesus has finally got out from the nails that nailed Him, standing in front of His cross. and i was like, “hooray!” in my heart.

i had perfect moment to pray 30 mins before the mass started. even after the mass ended, i still didn’t want to leave this stunning church. so i just sat there and enjoying the interior. i know, this is not the last time i went there.

so far in my little pilgrimage journey,, this is the most magnifying church for me. i think it will be perfect if someday i could held my wedding there! (:

anywho,, the unique points about this church is : Jesus got out from the nails,, halleluya!! 😀 and there’s St.Teresa garden at the side of the building, people can put the pictures of their loved ones that had been passed away on the wall and put little flowers there. and there were big-black-ugly fish in the pond. ;D
